About The Competition

The Momento Global Photography Awards 2026 invites photographers from around the world to share powerful images that reflect the theme "PEACE."

In a world often divided by conflict and disease, photography has the power to inspire understanding, compassion, and positive change. Through this contest, The Momento aims to encourage photographers, especially young creatives to capture images that celebrate humanity, nature, culture, and the beauty of peaceful coexistence.

This contest is not only about artistic excellence; it is also about using photography as a tool for social impact. The Momento is a non-profit organization aiming to inspire the younger generation to choose expression, empathy, and creativity over violence or negativity.

Selected works will be showcased in a physical exhibition in the United Kingdom (location to be announced soon) and will also be featured in The Momento Photobook and online exhibition.

The contest is open to photographers worldwide aged 35 or under.
